ENGLAND - London

Day one of our trip (well, day two if you count the hellacious flight over) began with a day of leisure in London. We arrived at London-Gatwick Airport at 8 AM, and proceeded through customs. Afterwards, we were taken by bus to our hotel, the Chelsea Village Inn. It was a nice hotel, except for the fact that our rooms weren't ready, and so we couldn't go get some sleep. So we headed out for London. Since we only had one day, we made it fast, visited all the traditional sight-seeing venues, and even eating at the first Hard Rock Cafe.

The famous Big Ben. Technically, it's called the London Clock Tower. "Big Ben" is the name of the bell inside, but everyone refers to the clock tower as "Big Ben."

A statue of a cow, found on the streets of London. Don't ask where this came from, because I have no clue.
